It wasn't one single moment that lit the entrepreneurial fire; it was a series of experiences that taught me to see problems as openings. That mindset became the bedrock of everything I've built since.

Founding Nuevera Infotech Pvt Ltd wasn't easy — from securing funding to finding the right team, the early days were full of trials. But the belief never wavered. Under the tagline 'Nuevera for era', I set out to combine cutting-edge technology with affordability, accessible to all — shipping enterprise platforms across manufacturing, education and growth-stage businesses.

Resilience

Every setback was a chance to come back stronger.

The entrepreneurial journey is never a straight line. There were moments where it felt like the whole world was against us — market shifts, technical hurdles, the weight of leading thousands. In those moments I found strength in the team we'd built and the purpose that drove us. With each challenge came growth, for the company and for me as a leader.

Today, through HemSyRa Consulting, I help companies transform and individuals grow — coaching careers and lives, mentoring startups, and speaking on stages about building from zero. The mission is the same: turn potential into lasting outcomes.
